LEVEL-EST Website Terms of Use

1.1. These LEVEL-EST Website Terms of Use (the 'Terms') govern access to and use of the level-est.com website, its pages, materials, feedback forms, contact channels and other public elements of the website.

1.2. The level-est.com website is administered by LEVEL-EST. For the purposes of these Terms, 'LEVEL-EST', 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean the operator of the level-est.com website.

1.3. A website user is any person who views the website, uses its materials, submits a form, message, application or enquiry, or otherwise interacts with the website.

1.4. By using the level-est.com website, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with the website usage rules.

Information published on level-est.com does not constitute a public offer, commercial proposal, guarantee of onboarding or automatic invitation to enter into an agreement to use the LEVEL-EST SaaS platform, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written or electronic communication from LEVEL-EST.

2.3. Submitting a form, application, message, enquiry or demonstration request through level-est.com does not automatically enter into an agreement, approve onboarding, accept the application or grant access to the level-est.app SaaS platform.

2.4. The procedure for onboarding to the LEVEL-EST SaaS platform, accepting contractual documents, payment terms, granting access and using platform modules is determined separately as part of the application review and onboarding process.

2.5. The level-est.com website and the level-est.app SaaS platform have different functional purposes. Level-est.com is used to present products and communicate, while level-est.app is used to work with the SaaS platform after onboarding has been approved.

3.1. The user may use level-est.com to view public materials, learn about LEVEL-EST, and submit enquiries, requests, messages or applications through the provided forms.

3.2. The user undertakes to use the website in good faith, lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

3.3. The user is prohibited from:

• using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or bad-faith purposes;
• interfering with the operation of the website, servers, network, technical services or security measures;
• attempting to obtain unauthorized access to LEVEL-EST administration panels, technical environments, systems or data;
• carrying out automated data collection, scraping, crawling, mass copying of materials or other technical extraction of content without LEVEL-EST's permission;
• uploading, transmitting or distributing through the website malicious code, viruses, spam or materials that infringe third-party rights;
• testing, scanning or examining the website for vulnerabilities without LEVEL-EST's prior written consent;
• using the website in a manner that may harm LEVEL-EST, other users or third parties.

4.1. Website materials, including texts, images, descriptions of products, modules, solutions, pricing, use cases, graphic elements and presentation materials, are provided for general informational purposes.

6.3. Submitting a form through the website does not automatically accept the request, approve onboarding, enter into an agreement or grant access to the LEVEL-EST SaaS platform.

6.4. LEVEL-EST may review the enquiry, provide a response, clarify information, offer a demonstration or refer the request to the responsible LEVEL-EST representative.

6.5. The user should not transmit through website forms confidential information about third parties, special categories of personal data, unlawful content or information that is not necessary for considering the enquiry.

6.6. Processing of personal data provided by the user through website forms is governed by the LEVEL-EST Website Privacy Policy.

7.1. Personal data is processed during use of level-est.com in accordance with the LEVEL-EST Website Privacy Policy.

7.2. The use of cookies and similar technologies on the website is governed by the LEVEL-EST Cookie Policy.
